i'm injured.
and i haven't even been for trg whatsoever
haven't been running for ages
and then my achilles tendon went bonkers
sooo. now
i can't do anything
except maybe situps and crunches which i haven't been doing..
oops.
oh wow. achilles tendon
seems so weird
yesterday it was featured in mindyourbody
and this morning i just woke up with a pain near my ankle
and there was this inkling that it was the achilles?
apparently its easy to injure cos its got no bone support
or sth like that..
did u watch troy??
man..i wanna watch it AGAIN!!
i wonder if its a true story ah..
anw kudos to nadia for sending me a wonderful pic of baihakki!
haha.. you rock! have a good trip yeah!
and what a waste electrico didn't turn up!
but it's not my loss.. haha
oh p.s. can someone please tell me WHY
jamie cullum is on 987fm!?!?!
he's either gone MAINSTREAM(gasp)
or radio just got loads better.
hope its the latter..
but i don't seem to hear any piano in the track
